LokkLatch® Magnetic is the industry’s first push/pull action magnetic latch. Designed for any square gate and post application, the LokkLatch Magnetic is great for double-drive gates with features like the D&D patented magnetic latch, a unique push pull design, the ability to operate and lock from both sides of the gate, dual re-keyable security with 6-pin locks and vertical & horizontal adjustment. If that’s not enough, the LokkLatch Magnetic offers optional handle covers allowing consumers to coordinate their gate hardware, as well as their entire home and yard finishes to complete an architectural look. The LokkLatch Magnetic is a perfect addition to the finish of a new gate or for those looking to create a custom, fresh look using their existing gate. TruClose® Mark 3 hinges, which come in heavy-duty and regular models, are another opportunity to customize their gate hardware with their changeable leaf-covers. While the standard leaf-cover comes in gloss black, the optional covers come in brushed or polished stainless steel finishes. Adding to its beauty, the TruClose Mark 3 has no visible fasteners, providing not only sleek design but it’s new look actually was developed to create a better water drainage channel so it will perform better in freezing rain and tighter tolerances for less gate sagging. But it’s not just the new look of these hinges that make them stand out in the crowd of hinges. One of the more exciting features of the TruClose Mark 3 hinge is a patented internal tension adjustment stop that prevents the hinge from being over-tensioned, which was engineered to extend the life of the hinge and reduce maintenance and callbacks. Additionally tension can now be adjusted at both ends.
SureClose® – the closer & hinge in one small, powerful package will also be shown at Fencetech in case you haven’t seen it in action yet. SureClose is a new line of concealed hydraulic hinge gate closers designed specifically for commercial, industrial and estate gates. The stylishly designed hinged gate closers use high strength aluminum with stainless steel components, are corrosion resistant, and a workhorse testing to 500,000 cycles with a 1,500 lb. point-load capacity, self-closing gates up to 260 lbs.
